The faculty currently carries out the educational process and conducts research activities within disciplines and provides research services. There are no faculty council established at the University of Technology, but there is no body enabling employees to contact each other and exchange views. Proof of this is the introduction of regular employee meetings by the mechanical department, called “coffee about the department” where various departmental matters are discussed which are not discussed on other occasions.
